Getting Started

Why use Paybridge?

Paybridge gives real estate professionals faster access to earned commissions — improving cash flow, reducing waiting periods, and giving you greater control over your business.

How does the process work to obtain a commission advance?

Start by confirming that your agency is partnered with Paybridge. From there, you can open an account directly through our website or by phone. Once your account is active, you’ll be able to submit advance requests for eligible transactions through our platform — quickly and securely.

Eligibilty & Timing

Can I request an advance before the notary signing?

Yes. You can submit a request as soon as the purchase agreement is signed and accepted. The transaction does not need to be finalized at the notary stage to qualify.

How long does it take to process my request?

Once your application is complete and all required documents are submitted, Paybridge reviews and processes requests within 24 hours. Funds are then sent to your agency, which typically completes the transfer within an additional 24–48 hours.

Application Requirements

What documents are required to submit a request?

To process your application, you’ll need: a signed and accepted purchase agreement, proof of mortgage approval or proof of funds (for cash transactions), the MLS listing sheet for the property, a sales report outlining commission details and closing date, and any supporting documents if the sale price or closing date differs from the agreement.

Does Paybridge perform credit checks on me?

No — Paybridge does not rely on personal or client credit checks. Approvals are based on the strength and validity of the transaction and supporting documentation.

Funds & Payments

How will I receive the funds once approved?

Approved funds are deposited directly into your agency’s account. Your agency then transfers the funds to you and receives repayment from the notary at closing. Most agencies complete transfers within 24 hours, though timelines may vary slightly.

Fees & Structure

What fees are associated with a commission advance?

The total cost includes three components: administrative fees, interest fees, and a security deposit, which is refundable upon repayment. All fees are clearly outlined upfront.

What does the security deposit cover?

The security deposit covers the period between the notary signing and the release of funds to your agency — typically up to 30 days. If the transaction closes earlier, the unused portion of the deposit is refunded in accordance with your agreement.

Flexibility

Can I repay my advance early without penalties?

Yes. You can repay your advance at any time without penalties. If repaid early, the security deposit is fully reimbursed. Interest fees remain as outlined in your agreement.

Tranaction Changes

What happens if a transaction is delayed or cancelled?

If a transaction is delayed, interest charges will continue to accrue at the rate specified in your agreement until repayment is completed. In the case of a cancellation, the same terms apply, with charges calculated based on the time elapsed.
